I’ve worked with a good number of physical therapists and personal trainers over the years and I can say without a doubt that Preston is the best! To start, he listened carefully to my goals and descriptions of my various weak points and physical limitations. He is great at crafting a workout for every session that addresses my issues while at the same time pushing me to increase overall strength and mobility. Always challenging, often pushing me right up to my current max capability. He does all this with a smile and amiability which makes him really easy to work with. His workouts are serious fun!
